त्तर प्रदेश भर में सत्र 20.22 में प्रवेश को प्रस्तावित बीएड काउंसलिंग में एससी.एसटी छात्रों को इस वर्ष निजी कॉलेजों में जीरो फीस पर प्रवेश नहीं मिलेगा। केवल एडेड.राजकीय कॉलेजों में जीरो फीस पर प्रवेश होंगे लेकिन यह भी बाध्यकारी नहीं रहेंगे।

     

निजी कॉलेजों में फीस देकर प्रवेशित एससी.एसटी छात्रों को स्नातक में 55 फीसदी नंबर होने पर ही शुल्क की प्रतिपूर्ति होगी। इससे कम अंक पर इन छात्रों को शुल्क प्रतिपूर्ति नहीं दी जाएगी।

गुरुवार को दिल्ली में एक दिन में सबसे ज्यादा 1024 नए मरीज मिले। राज्य में संक्रमितों की संख्या 16 हजार के पार पहुंच गई है, यहां अब तक 316 लोगों ने जान गंवाई। हरियाणा सरकार ने दिल्ली से लगी राज्य की सीमाएं सील कराईं। यानी एनसीआर के शहर गुड़गांव और फरीदाबाद से भी लोग दिल्ली नहीं आ-जा पाएंगे।

गुरुवार को महाराष्ट्र में 2598, तमिलनाडु में 827, गुजरात में 367, प. बंगाल में 344, राजस्थान में 251, मध्यप्रदेश में 192, उत्तरप्रदेश में 179, हरियाणा 123, आंध्रप्रदेश में 128, कर्नाटक और जम्मू-कश्मीर में 115-115 और बिहार में 149 मरीज मिले। ये आंकड़े Covid19.Org और राज्य सरकारों से मिली जानकारी के आधार पर हैं। केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय के मुताबिक, देश में संक्रमण के 1 लाख 58 हजार 333 मामले आए हैं। इनमें से 86 हजार 110 का इलाज चल रहा है। 67 हजार 692 ठीक हो चुके हैं और 4531 की मौत हो चुकी है।

मुंबई के धारावी में उमड़ी लोगों की भीड़

एशिया के सबसे बड़े स्लम धारावी में इन दिनों प्रवासी मजदूरों की लंबी कतारें नजर आ रही हैं। दरअसल, सरकार ने ऐलान किया था कि प्रवासियों को उनके गांव भेजने का इंतजाम किया जा रहा है। तब से ही हर दिन सैकड़ों की तादाद में प्रवासी मजदूर गलियों में पहुंचकर, सरकार की तरफ से भेजी गई बसों में सवार होने की जद्दोजहद करते हैं। ये बसें प्रवासियों को उस स्टेशन तक छोड़ती हैं, जहां से इन्हें अपने गांव जाने के लिए ट्रेन मिलती है। मजदूरों की बड़ी संख्या के चलते यहां सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का भी पालन नहीं हो पाता।

    कर्नाटक सरकार ने संक्रमण रोकने के लिए एहतियातन महाराष्ट्र, गुजरात, तमिलनाडु, मध्यप्रदेश और राजस्थान से आने वालीं ट्रेन और अन्य वाहनों पर रोक लगाई। हालांकि, येदियुरप्पा सरकार ने कहा है कि इन राज्यों से आ रहीं उड़ानों पर प्रतिबंध लागू नहीं होगा।
    विदेश मंत्रालय ने बताया कि वंदे भारत मिशन के दूसरे चरण में हमारा लक्ष्य 60 देशों से एक लाख यात्रियों को लेकर आना है। इसके बाद मिशन के तीसरे चरण के लिए भी तैयारियां भी चल रही हैं।
    रेलवे ने 12 मई से शुरू हुईं राजधानी रूट की 30 स्पेशल ट्रेनों के लिए एडवांस रिजर्वेशन पीरियड 30 से बढ़ाकर 120 दिन कर दिया है। इसके अलावा 1 जून से चलने वालीं 200 ट्रेनों में पार्सल और लगेज बुकिंग भी शुरू कर दी गई है।
    नीति आयोग और आईसीएमआर ने कहा- हम वैक्सीन और दवाओं के जरिए कोरोना से जंग जीतेंगे। देश की साइंस और फार्मा इंडस्ट्री मजबूत है। वैक्सीन के लिए शोध जारी है। देश में 30 ग्रुप ऐसे हैं, जो वैक्सीन बनाने के लिए आगे आए हैं।
    रेलवे वेंडर्स एसोसिएशन ने रेलवे बोर्ड के चेयरमैन से कहा- वे प्लेटफॉर्म पर फूड सर्विस शुरू करने के लिए अभी तैयार नहीं हैं, क्योंकि ज्यादातर वेंडर अपने गांव चले गए हैं। अभी प्लेटफार्म पर मुश्किल ही है कि कोई यात्री वेंडर की सेवाएं ले।

महाराष्ट्र: गुरुवार को संक्रमण के 2598 नए मामले सामने आए, 698 मरीज ठीक हुए और 85 की मौत हुई। राज्य में अब कोरोना के मरीजों की संख्या 59 हजार 546 हो गई है। 18 हजार 616 लोग ठीक हो चुके हैं, जबकि कुल 1982 लोग इस बीमारी से जान गंवा चुके हैं। मुंबई में हेड कॉन्स्टेबल जगदीश पांडुरंग की जान गई।

The Styrene gas can cause nausea and dizziness when inhaled, and experts say that person exposed to the gas should be given medical treatment immediately.

A chemical gas leak at a chemical factory in Andhra Pradesh on Thursday killed at least eight people. More than 1,000 people fell sick after inhaling the poisonous Styrene gas leaked from the plant.

The Styrene gas affects the central nervous system, throat, skin, eyes and some other parts of the body, NDRF Director General S N Pradhan said. Styrene is highly flammable and releases a poisonous gas when burnt.

The gas can cause nausea and dizziness when inhaled, and experts say that person exposed to the gas should be given medical treatment immediately.

According to US National Library of Medicine, Styrene is used to make polystyrene plastics, fiberglass, rubber, and latex in its liquid form. It occurs naturally in some fruits, vegetables, meats, nuts, and beverages in low levels.

Styrene is used to make insulation, pipes, automobile parts, printing cartridges and copy machine toner, food containers, packaging material, carpet backing, luggage, shoes, toys, floor waxes and polishes, according to US National Library of Medicine. Cigarette smoke and vehicle exhaust too contain styrene.

The plant in Andhra Pradesh is owned by South Korean battery maker LG Chemical Ltd, and is located around 14 kilometers away from Visakhapatnam city.

LG Chem, South Korea’s top petrochemical maker by capacity, took over the facility previously owned by Hindustan Polymers and renamed it as LG Polymers India Private Limited (LGPI) in July, 1997, according to a company website.

The LG Polymers plant makes polystyrene products, according to a company website, which are used in manufacturing electric fan blades, cups and cutlery and containers for cosmetic products such as make up.

Emergency services evacuated hundreds of people from nearby areas where the plant is situated, a police official in Andhra Pradesh said.

कोरोना वायरस महामारी को लेकर चीन अब पूरी दुनिया में घिरने लगा है. ऑस्ट्रेलियाई मीडिया में 'फाइव आईज इंटेलिजेंस' का एक डोजियर छपा है जिसमें दावा किया गया है कि बीजिंग ने कोविड-19 के शुरुआती चरण में जानकारी छिपाई. इसे लेकर चीन की तरफ से भी तीखी प्रतिक्रिया आई है.

द फाइव आईज नेटवर्क पांच देशों का एक इंटेलिजेंस गठबंधन है जिसमें ऑस्ट्रेलिया, कनाडा, न्यूजीलैंड, यूके और यूएस शामिल हैं.

द फाइव आईज नेटवर्क ने अपनी रिपोर्ट वुहान से पूरी दुनिया में कोरोना वायरस के फैलने की जांच की है. 15 पेज के लीक हुए डोजियर में कहा गया है कि चीन ने कोरोना वायरस के बारे में तमाम सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट का नामोनिशान मिटा दिया. रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, चीन ने दिसंबर में इंसानों से इंसानों में कोरोना संक्रमण के सबूत मिलने के बावजूद 20 जनवरी तक पूरी दुनिया को अंधेरे में रखा.

रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि इस बात के सबूत हैं कि वुहान इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ वायरलॉजी में वायरस को पैदा किया गया और चमगादड़ से संबंधित बीमारियों को जोखिम भरा रिसर्च किया जा रहा था. हालांकि, इसका कोई साक्ष्य नहीं है कि चीन की प्रयोगशाला से वायरस लीक हुआ.

चीनी मीडिया ने लिखा, 15 पेज के डोजियर में चीन पर सबूत मिटाने और जानकारी छिपाने के लिए आलोचना की गई. ये अंतरराष्ट्रीय पारदर्शिता पर हमला है. इसे बिना किसी पुष्ट के ही छाप दिया गया. चीन ने इस रिपोर्ट को लेकर कड़ी चेतावनी जारी की है. चीन ने आगाह किया है कि इस तरह की जांच बीजिंग को नकारात्मक कार्रवाई करने पर मजबूर कर सकती है. ऑस्ट्रेलिया में चीन के राजदूत चेंग जिंगये ने कहा, अब चीनी पर्यटक ऑस्ट्रेलिया आने से पहले दो बार सोचेंगे.

 वे सोचेंगे कि अगर ऑस्ट्रेलिया हमारा दोस्त नहीं है तो हम वहां क्यों जाएं. चीनी राजदूत ने ऑस्ट्रेलियाई वस्तुओं के बहिष्कार की भी धमकी दी थी.

ऑस्ट्रेलिया के विदेश मंत्री मरीस पायने ने चीन के बयान को लेकर कड़ी प्रतिक्रिया दी. उन्होंने कहा कि चीन उनके देश पर आर्थिक हमला करने की कोशिश कर रहा है. वहीं, ऑस्ट्रेलिया के प्रधानमंत्री स्कॉट मॉरिसन ने कहा कि कोरोना वायरस की स्वतंत्र जांच के पीछे उनका सिर्फ एक ही मकसद है कि दुनिया फिर से इस तरह की त्रासदी में ना पड़े. ऑस्ट्रेलिया की कोरोना वायरस महामारी की स्वतंत्र अंतरराष्ट्रीय जांच करने की मांग को लेकर चीन डर गया है. उसे आशंका है कि जांच होने से उसकी छवि और खराब होगी. चीन के अखबार ग्लोबल टाइम्स ने लिखा है, चीनी अधिकारी लगातार पश्चिमी मीडिया और राजनीतिज्ञों की चीन की महामारी साजिश वाली थ्योरी की आलोचना करते रहे हैं.

New Delhi: The ministry of home affairs on Tuesday issued guidelines for essential service providers after PM Modi announced a 21-day lockdown.
All transport services -- road, rail and air -- to remain suspended during the lockdown period

-Executive Magistrates will be deployed by District Magistrate to enforce the lockdown.
In its guidelines, the MHA said the offices of the Government of India, its autonomous/subordinate offices and public corporations shall remain closed, but there will be an exception for "defence, central armed police forces, treasury, public utilities (including petroleum, CNG, LPG, PNG), disaster management, power generation and transmission units, post offices, National Informatics Centre, Early Warning Agencies."

The Home Ministry said the offices of the State/Union Territory governments, their autonomous bodies, corporations, etc., shall remain closed with exception to police, home guards, civil defence, fire and emergency services, disaster management, and prisons, district administration and treasury, electricity, water, sanitation, municipal bodies (only staff required for essential services like sanitation, personnel related to water supply, etc., will be allowed to work.
All offices should work with a minimum number of employees and all other offices may continue to work-from-home only, the MHA said in its guidelines.

"Hospitals and all related medical establishments, including their manufacturing and distribution units, both in public and private sector, such as dispensaries, chemist and medical equipment shops, laboratories, clinics, nursing homes, ambulance, etc., will continue to remain functional. The transportation for all medical personnel, nurses, para-medical staff, other hospital support services shall be permitted," the MHA has said.

चीन से फैले कोरोना वायरस ने भारत समेत दुनिया के कई देशों में हाहाकार मचा दिया है। चीन में कोरोना वायरस ने कई लोगों की जान ले ली है। सैंकड़ों लोग इसकी चपेट में हैं। कोरोना वायरस की भयावहता को देखते हुए विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन (डब्ल्यूएचओ) ने चीन में इमरजेंसी की घोषणा कर दी है। कोरोना असल में वायरसों का एक बड़ा समूह है जो जानवरों में आम है।

अमेरिका के सेंटर फॉर डिसीज कंट्रोल एंड प्रिवेंशन (सीडीएस) के अनुसार, कोरोना वायरस जानवरों से मनुष्यों तक पहुंच जाता है। नया चीनी कोरोनो वायरस, सार्स वायरस की तरह है। इसके संक्रमण से बुखार, जुकाम, सांस लेने में तकलीफ, नाक बहना और गले में खराश जैसी समस्याएं हो जाती हैं। यह न्यूमोनिया का कारण भी बन सकता है।

बीजिंग. दुनिया के सभी 195 देश कोरोनावायरस की चपेट में आ चुके हैं। इससे 16,558 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है। 3 लाख 78 हजार 842 संक्रमित हैं। 1 लाख 2 हजार मरीज स्वस्थ भी हुए हैं। न्यूज एजेंसी के मुताबिक, चीन सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित हुबेई प्रांत समेत वुहान से यात्रा प्रतिबंध हटाएगा। चीन के अधिकारी वुहान में लगभग दो महीनों से चल रहे लॉकडाउन को 8 अप्रैल को हटा देंगे। शिन्हुआ न्यूज एजेंसी के मुताबिक, हुबेई प्रांत के स्थानीय स्वास्थ्य अधिकारियों ने वुहान समेत पूरे राज्य में आवाजाही पर प्रतिबंध को आसान बनाने का फैसला किया है। 23 जनवरी को पूरे शहर को लॉकडाउन कर दिया गया था।

चीन के प्रशासन ने यह फैसला संक्रमण के मामलों में आई कमी को देखते हुए लिया है। छह दिनों में यहां केवल एक मामला सामने आया है। हालांकि, सोमवार को वुहान में सात लोगों की मौत हुई थी। यहां अब तक 3277 लोगों की मौत हुई है, जबकि 81,171 संक्रमित हुए हैं।

केवल चार दिन में संक्रमण का आंकड़ा 2 से 3 लाख हुआ: डब्ल्यूएचओ

विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन के प्रमुख टेड्रोस गेब्रियिसोस ने सोमवार को कहा कि कोरोनावायरस महामारी तेजी से बढ़ रहा है। हालांकि, हम इसकी ट्रैजेक्टरी को बदल सकते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि इसके पहले मामले से एक लाख तक पहुंचने में 67 दिन का समय लगा है। दो लाख पहुंचने में 11 दिन और दो से तीन लाख पहुंचने में केवल चार दिन का समय लगा है।

इटली का लोंबार्डी सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित
इटली के नागरिक सुरक्षा विभाग के प्रमुख एंजेलो बोरेली ने सोमवार को बताया कि यहां एक दिन में संक्रमण के 3780 नए मामले सामने आए हैं। इटली का लोम्बार्डी प्रांत सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित है। इटली पूरी तरह से लॉकडाउन है। देश के करीब 6 करोड़ लोग अपने घरों में कैद हैं। इटली में सोमवार को 601 लोगों की जान गई है। इटली यूरोप का सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित देश है।
अमेरिका के 16 राज्यों ने घर रहने का आदेश जारी किया
अमेरिका के कम से कम 16 राज्यों ने अपने नागरिकों को घर में रहने का आदेश जारी किया है। देश के करीब 9.6 करोड़ लोग अपने घरों में हैं। देश की जनसंख्या का 29% लोगों पर प्रतिबंध लगाया गया है। लेकिन, अभी तक यह आदेश लागू नहीं हो पाए हैं। अगर, 16 राज्यों में यह आदेश लागू हो जाते हैं तो करीब 14.2 करोड़ यानी 43% नागरिक घरों में कैद हो जाएंगे।

योगी आदित्यनाथ का बड़ा फैसला, 25 से 27 मार्च तक पूरे यूपी में लॉकडाउन

   

कोरोना वायरस के बढ़ते कहर को देखते हुए उत्तर प्रदेश के सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ ने 25 मार्च से 27 मार्च तक पूरे राज्य को लॉकडाउन कर दिया है। इसके दौरान उत्तर प्रदेश की सारी सीमाएं सील होंगी। सीएम ने राज्य के लोगों से लॉकडाउन का सहयोग करने को कहा है।

इसके अलावा योगी आदित्यनाथ ने राज्यो में एयर, मेट्रो सब बंद रखना का आदेश दिया है। सीएम ने दूसरे राज्यों और शहरों से बसों के आवागमन को भी बंद किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि कर्फ्यू लगाना पड़ सकता है। इससे पहले जनता कर्फ्यू के दिन सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ ने यूपी के 16 जिलों में 25 मार्च तक लॉकडाउन किया था।

सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ ने आगे कहा कि घबराहट पैदा करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। कृपया मास्क के अनावश्यक उपयोग से बचें, हर किसी को मास्क की आवश्यकता नहीं है। अनावश्यक मास्क का उपयोग करके, हम तनाव बढ़ा रहे हैं। कल कोरोना वायरस के रोगियों के लिए कुछ एंटी-मलेरिया दवाओं को निर्धारित किया गया था, लेकिन मुझे पता चला है कि अचानक यह दवा बाजार से गायब है।

उत्तर प्रदेश में कोरोना के मरीजों की संख्या बढ़कर हुई 34

उत्तर प्रदेश में कोरोना वायरस बड़े शहरों तक सीमित न रहकर पीलीभीत, कैराना व जौनपुर जैसे छोटे शहरों में भी पहुंच रहा है। सोमवार को कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण के चार नए मामले सामने आए जबकि मंगलवार कैराना में कोरोना का नया मामला सामने आया। इस तरह प्रदेश में कोरोना वायरस संक्रमित मरीजों की संख्या 34 हो गई है।

ब्रिटेन में कोरोना से अब तक 335 लोगों की मौत

ब्रिटेन में कोरोनावायरस से मरने वालों की संख्या बढ़कर 335 हो गई है। स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने सोमवार को बताया कि पिछले 24 घंटों के दौरान कोरोना के 967 नए मामले सामने आए हैं। इसके बाद देश में कोरोनावायरस से संक्रमित लोगों की संख्या बढ़कर 6,650 हो गई है। ब्रिटेन में अब तक 83,945 लोगों की जांच की जा चुकी है। इसमें से 77,295 लोगों की रिपोर्ट नेगेटिव आई है, जबकि 6650 लोग इससे संक्रमित पाए गए हैं।
पाकिस्तान में संक्रमण का मामला 882

पाकिस्तान में कोरोनावायरस के 882 मामले सामने आ चुके हैं। इनमें सबसे ज्यादा सिंध प्रांत में 384 केस की पुष्टि हुई है। इसके साथ ही एक डॉक्टर समेत 6 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है। कोरोनावायरस को लेकर पाकिस्तान पीपुल्स पार्टी और पाकिस्तान मुस्लिम लीग-नवाज समेत मुख्य विपक्षी पार्टियां वीडियो के जरिए पूरे देश को लॉकडाउन करने के उद्देश्य से बैठक करने वाली हैं। प्रधानमंत्री इमरान खान मंगलवार को वीडियो-कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए होने वाली मंत्रिमंडल की बैठक में मंगलवार को वायरस से लड़ने के लिए आर्थिक राहत पैकेज को मंजूरी दे सकते हैं।
